Wilson built the DYNAPWR LS for golfers who swing fast and spin the ball too much. It launches low, carries hard, and scores 8.8 for distance, though it asks for speed before it gives any back.

What's new

The LS is the low-spin version of Wilson's 2025 DYNAPWR driver family. Its head measures a full 460cc, and an adjustable hosel lets you move loft from either of the two stock settings, 9 or 10.5 degrees.

Pricing lands in the middle of the DYNAPWR range, which helps explain a value score of 8.4. You get the low-spin head without paying for the top of the family.

How it plays

Distance carries this driver. Our 8.8 score tracks an independent 2026 test that gave it 9.1 for distance and 8.5 overall, and a separate review credited it with strong ball speed and a penetrating flight at higher swing speeds.

Feel rates an 8 and workability a 7.9, both respectable numbers for a head this size. One review called its accuracy consistent, so a fast swinger who finds the center should see repeatable results.

Where it lacks

Forgiveness and accuracy both sit at 7.8, and in the 2026 test the LS finished 21st on a crowded leaderboard, with accuracy behind the class leaders. Off-center strikes get less help here than distance numbers might suggest.

Wilson aims this head at higher swing speeds, not mid. Low spin suits a golfer who already makes too much of it, so treat the LS as a fitting answer to a ballooning drive rather than an upgrade anyone can use.

“If your drives climb and die, this one stays down and keeps going. Just bring the speed.”

Reasons to buy

  • Low spin produces a penetrating flight for players with the speed to use it
  • Full 460cc head paired with an adjustable loft sleeve
  • Sits at a mid price within the DYNAPWR family, so value scores well at 8.4

Reasons to think twice

  • Accuracy trailed most of the field in a 2026 driver test
  • Built for higher swing speeds, so mid-speed players will struggle to launch it
  • Low spin only helps golfers who already make too much of it
